booting

DragonflyBSD's bootloader on VMM will show each twice, so don't worry if you see things like:

BBOOOOTTIINNGG

press esc as fast as you can to bring bootprompt up. then type:

boot -Cv

i'm not sure if these are needed, but C will boot from cdrom and v will makes more logs.
