- Accusations must be made and evidence provided in the form of logs, screenshots
- Users have a right to defend themselves
- No one should judge his own case
- Ops should not be judges
- No oath required
Punishment must fit the crime
Punishment may include:
- probation periods,
- forced community service
- take away abusers' rights to connect to other networks
Principles:
- lighter punishments for first time offenders
- heavier punishments for repeat offenders
- provide libraries of correctional books like the Bible
- provide reformation work in chat prison
- pair them with a mentor
Force abusers to work to teach them better habits.
